  Job Description:

1. Recruitment & Staffing
• Prepare employment offers and appointment letters.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and candidate communication.
• Maintain recruitment records and assist in staffing requirements.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related concerns.
• Foster positive employee relations and workplace culture.
• Address employee grievances and assist in conflict resolution.
• Organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
• Support employee welfare and retention initiatives.

3. Attendance, Leave & HR Operations
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, and punctuality records.
• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases.
• Ensure proper documentation of employee records and contracts.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee information.
• Assist in workforce planning and manpower tracking.

4. Performance Management
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
• Track employee performance review schedules.
• Support managers in setting performance objectives and evaluations.
• Maintain performance records and follow up on development plans.

5. Training & Development
• Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
• Organize training programs, workshops, and employee development activities.
• Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support employee career growth and succession planning initiatives.

6. HR Policies & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support disciplinary actions and investigations when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Ensure all HR documentation complies with legal requirements.

7. Payroll & Benefits Coordination
• Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll-related information with the Finance Department.
• Verify employee data required for payroll processing.
• Assist in managing employee benefits, insurance, and statutory contributions.
• Support payroll reconciliation and employee salary-related queries.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of employee relations and HR operations.
  • Familiarity with attendance management, leave administration, and employee documentation.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or staffing companies will be preferred.
Education + Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • HR certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations will be preferred
